Didn’t know where to leave my feedback on the last cooking class, so I leave it here.

I attended the roast chicken class held last saturday 28 mac 2008 and it was very interesting and informative. Besides roast chicken, we also learn how to make mash potatoes, gravy, bread & butter pudding and vanilla cream.

The best part was the meal after class.. chicken, mash potatoes & gravy were perfect. and the desert.. deliciously divine.

I would definitely recommend Saf classes. I will continue attending her class especially for food/recipe that my hubby & 3 kids like to eat.

The tips given was very useful, especially for someone like me who doesn’t cook or bake.

For those who likes to eat cakes, then her basic baking class is highly recommended. You’ll learn how to bake cup cakes and the out-of-this-world brownies… yummy! Her recipes are easy to follow and she uses the finest ingredients. Definitely no presevatives or MSG added.

I made baked potatoes for my hubby using saf’s recipe (got that recipe during her “Let’s Make Pizza” class I attended last year). I’m not a good cook but that was so simple to do and my hubby said I can sell that.. ha ha.. (actually he will say that after I cook or bake anything using recipes I learnt from Saf’s classes).

And having that kind of comment coming from my hubby makes it definitely worth attending Saf’s class..

Dear Saf,

After much waiting for the cream puff class, I missed it! So, frustrated! Do let me know if you decide to have another class for it, ye..

Anyway, I have attended few of your classes and I have to say that they have been great! Your recipe is easy to follow, the food is scrumptious and your tips are most valuable indeed!

Keep it up and thanx for all your lessons!
