We will discuss techniques, equpimenta and ingredients. There will be tips to help you in your baking journey. A fun class to start with. Only RM70.00 per person.

Let’s Make Cream Puffs and Eclairs! 15 July 2007 , Sunday – 9.30am.-1.00 pm.

Many have asked me to conduct this class. The class covers the basic pate a choux recipe, pastry cream, basic shapes, baking and coating.

Notes:

The classes cater for beginning bakers and cooks who either never cooked or baked before or have very minimal knowledge of both.  I basically teach techniques and also help answer any questions pertaining to the class on alternatives for ingredients and/or methods  that can be used.

The date of the class and content may change depending on the reponse and unavoidable circumstances. The minimum number of students are 6 and the maximum is 10. The fees depending on the ingredients to be used and whether it is just a demonstration or hands-on class.

So far the classes are very informal. I don’t encourage participants to bring children under the age of 7, as it may disrupt class and children above 12 are considered students.

Refreshments are available as you arrive and light lunch is provided. Items taught may be consumed for lunch or may be brought back, so, please bring your own container.

Please make reservation for the classes by e-mailing me at panidolce@gmail.com or sms me at 019-6411358. Reservation made are considered confirmed and to make things easy, payment can be done on the class day itself.

If you have made reservation and wish to cancel, I appreciate it if you could find replacement. Most of the time I have to turn away people as the classes are full, so please be considerate. Please inform any changes of participation at least 2 days before class. I am trying to keep the fees reasonable and the payments easy, please don’t make it difficult for others.

For those who have attended my classes, please feel free to comment on the classes,  drop a line with the results of you tryouts or tell me what you like to see on the class menu.

Happy Baking…remember your oven is your best friend!

    Dear Normala,

You can e-mail me at panidolce@gmail.com or sms me at 019-6411358. Please give me your name, e-mail and contact number and I will get back to you with the details.

My classes are held at my house in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam. I like to keep the classes informal and small, so everyone get a chance to ask questions. Some classes will be hands on and it will be reflected in the fees.

At the moment the classes are held on Sundays from 9.30am to 1.00pm. Light refreshements will greet you at your arrival and also I provide light lunch. The food we cook on that day, may be consumed as part of the lunch or be brought back. So please bring a container if you like to bring some of what we made on that day home.

Look forward in meeting you and thank you for your inquiry.
